WEC BOARD AND STAFF

WEC is governed by a Board of Directors that meets at least four times annually to set policy, provide programmatic direction, and approve the budget. The Board is racially diverse and represents our core labor, community, and environmental constituencies. An Executive Committee of the Board(*), composed of the elected officers, as well as a Finance Committee and program committees, helps guide WEC between Board meetings.
