VOLUNTEER
WEC has opening for interns and volunteers to work on labor, environmental, and occupational health issues. Projects include monitoring legislation, policy research, helping to organize educational programs and actions, event and media coordination, and some administrative assistance.
The internship/volunteer opportunities provide an excellent opportunity to learn about issues facing the labor and environmental movements and non-profit organizations while gaining skills and practical experience for future employment. The internship/volunteer opportunities are at the WEC office in Trenton, opposite the State Capitol building.
WEC sponsors educational programs, develops new public policies, and advocates for good jobs, safe workplaces, and a healthy environment.
TO APPLY: Contact WEC via email at info@njwec.org or call (609) 695-7100.
