Still at Risk: Protecting New Jersey Jobs, Families, and Hometowns from Toxic Chemical Disaster
Seven years after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, nearly 100 New Jersey industrial facilities can still pose potential catastrophic risks to workers and/or the public if there was a major toxic release caused by an accident or deliberate attack. This report finds despite positive steps by the Corzine Administration, more regulation of the chemical industry is needed. Read the report.
